Market Force is hiring a high-performing Sales Representative to take ownership of a thriving territory across Northeast Ohio, Southeast Ohio and West Virginia. Are you project-oriented? Do you have personal accountability? Are you customer-focused? In this role, you will work independently and must be self-motivated, disciplined, goal driven. You will play a pivotal role by engaging with safety specialists, fire departments, maintenance teams, purchasing departments, and local distributors. You will leverage your consultative selling expertise to address and fulfill our customers' needs.
QualificationsTo be successful, you should have:
- Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or marketing-related fields
- 5 years minimum outside (face-to-face) sales experience
- Reside in Northeast Ohio
- Success in presenting and training customers.
- Experience in maintaining a high-volume sales territory, developing new business, and managing a sales territory
- Ability to travel overnight (required); 4-6 nights per month, on average
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with CRM (i.e., )
- Identifying, developing, and closing new business through our existing distributor network.
- Training and educating distributors and end-users on the manufacturers that Market Force represents.
- Managing the current territory in Northeast Ohio, Southeast Ohio and West Virginia to grow relationships and deliver results.
- Maintain accounts and opportunities in our CRM.
