Acquisition Specialist - State Farm Agent Team Member — Full time in Georgetown, KY. Independent contractor track within Steve Woodrum's State Farm agency. The goal is agency ownership, not corporate State Farm employment.

• Developing client relationships and selling auto, home, life, and financial products
• Hitting production goals and building a track record that demonstrates you can run your own book
• Completing any remaining licensing requirements — costs reimbursed for unlicensed candidates
• Learning agency operations — the business side, not just the sales side
• Licensing — where you stand matters

• Active property & casualty and/or life & health licenses in Kentucky (or a state with reciprocity)
• Series 6, 63, or 65 licenses are a major plus
• Candidates with active securities licensing move to the front of the line
• No licenses yet — still worth applying; licensing costs are reimbursed
• Strong communicators and self-starters — entrepreneurial mindset; financial stability to pursue licensing

• Compensation: $40,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
