Foot & Ankle Sales Representative - Lexington, KY

Responsibilities

As a Foot & Ankle Sales Representative, you will sell Stryker Foot & Ankle products that meet our customers’ needs, becoming the resident Foot & Ankle expert for a sophisticated audience of surgeons and healthcare professionals. You will work with a high degree of intensity and commitment, organizing materials and sorting solutions quickly during operating room consultations. You will meticulously manage and maintain your inventory of products, assist customers whenever needed, and build credibility with surgeons by providing advice and training on products and tools.

Your goal is to change lives by selling Stryker products that improve healthcare.

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role (or a combination of the two)
• 3+ years of sales experience
• Preferred knowledge of marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with current office technologies (MS Office suite, databases, etc.)
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals (beneficial)
• Comfortable working in emergency/operating room environments
• Ability to attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular business hours, as required
• Adherence to compliance and responsibility principles (Adva Med) by maintaining privacy, confidentiality, ethics, integrity, reporting non‑compliance, and obeying applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, accreditation, licensing requirements, and company policies and procedures

• 100% commission with eligibility for bonuses and additional benefits
• Travel requirement: approximately 20%

• Remote – Majority to 100% of time can be worked from an alternate workplace, subject to travel expectations within the country of the job requisition location.
• Field‑based – Majority to 100% of time spent at customer facilities, with travel within a defined territory.
• Onsite – 100% of time located at a Stryker facility (some ad hoc flexibility possible).
• Hybrid – Regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility; onsite requirements defined by supervisor.
