Industrial Minerals Sales Representative (Carey, OH)

The National Lime and Stone Company, a multi-site leader in natural resources, is seeking a driven and strategic Sales Representative to join our Industrial Minerals division. This full-time role offers the opportunity to play a key part in expanding our market presence, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting product strategies that fuel continued growth.

In this position, you will actively engage with customers, represent the company at industry events and conferences, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions. We are looking for a professional who is results-oriented, customer-focused, assertive, and resourceful, with a strong commitment to teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand market opportunities within the Industrial Minerals sector
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Support product strategy and growth initiatives
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
• Experience in industrial markets, construction materials, manufacturing, or similar industries is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and budgeting capabilities
• Ability to travel as needed, including occasional overnight trips
