We are seeking ambitious individuals to join our team as Business Development Representatives. This is an in-person role
, you’ll work warm inbound leads, outbound opportunities, and current client accounts to uncover needs, close business, and grow accounts through multiline solutions in a winning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact inbound and outbound leads provided by the company
  • Build trust quickly and close new business opportunities
  • Maintain & strengthen relationships with current clients
  • Educate clients on coverage gaps and protection options
  • Follow a proven sales process and hit performance goals
  • Continuously improve through coaching and training
  • Manage pipeline and follow-up consistently
Qualifications
  • Competitive mindset

  • Comfortable in a performance-based environment
  • Coachable and eager to learn
  • Sales experience is a plus, not required
  • Licensing required (we can provide study material, pay for licenses, & reimburse for passed tests)

Compensation $80,000.00 - $ per year
