Compensation Structure- Uncapped commission only - paid weekly
- First‑year target earnings: $40,896 - $74,025 annually
- Experienced reps: $74,025 - $125,899 annually
- Top performers: $125,899+ annually
- Monthly bonuses up to $2,500 (additional to the above ranges)
- Promotion to Senior Sales Rep with enhanced bonus structure upon hitting performance milestones
