Sales Consultant

As a full‑time Retail Sales Consultant, you will:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.

Average annual salary ranges from $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate with uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp‑up rate during your first 60 days.

Employees accrue paid time off at no less than 40 hours per year during the first year and 80 hours thereafter. Some states allow rollover of sick time as required by law.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods (November‑December).
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift 10 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods.
Training Requirements

All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their start date. The program may include overnight travel at the company's expense and require ongoing online and computer‑based training.
