Door-to-Door Broadband Specialist. Bring high‑speed connectivity to communities, meet sales goals, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• Drive customer acquisition through door‑to‑door conversations and community outreach, bringing our broadband offers directly to customers.
• Create standout experiences by sharing service benefits, answering questions, and delivering post‑sale follow‑up that turns customers into lifelong users.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and cross‑functional partners, support additional duties and special projects.

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• Consistent track record of hitting sales targets in retail or direct sales, with expertise in simplifying complex product offerings.

• Sales & Negotiation Excellence – experience in direct‑to‑consumer sales, especially door‑to‑door, and strong negotiation skills to secure agreements and exceed targets.
• Communication & Customer Engagement – exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, skill to connect with customers, address inquiries, deliver effective product presentations, and guide them into T‑Mobile services.
• Problem Solving & Adaptability – strong ability to identify and resolve issues during the sales process while adapting approaches to diverse customer needs and market conditions.

• Certified Sales Professional (CSP) – preferred.
• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) – preferred.
