Description
Better Together is seeking a Partnership Manager to expand community partnerships across North Central Florida. This role is responsible for building and strengthening relationships with churches, employers, donors, and other community organizations to advance Better Together's mission of strengthening families through compassionate community support and employment. Reporting to the Regional Executive Director, the Partnership Manager will spend most of their time in the community researching prospects, generating new partnership opportunities, delivering presentations, networking, and converting leads into long-term partners.
Success in this role requires strong relationship-building, sales, and communication skills, as well as a passion for serving families and engaging the local community.
High school diploma required; associate degree preferred. Bilingual skills preferred. Passion for Better Together's faith-based mission and family-focused work. Strong sales, prospecting, networking, and relationship-building abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based role. Comfortable giving presentations and speaking to churches, businesses, and community groups.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, vehicle registration, and insurance required. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, travel throughout the region, and participate in a monthly on-call rotation. Proficiency or ability to quickly learn Salesforce, Zapier, Word Press, and Basecamp. Demonstrated alignment with Better Together's core values:
