Job Accountabilities
Generating quotations / proforma invoices / commercial documents (invoice/packing list if any) for all local sales local as well as dealer’s international collections.
- Inventory management – Stock Planning with sales team, generating in /
- Goods stock, inventory reports and reconciliation of stock.
- Work closely with Company commercial team for bringing stock from factory or other warehouses Finland / Turkey / Moscow / Greece.
- Arrange regulatory certificates for import / local sales.
- Arrange transportation from factories / Company's other warehouses, custom clearance,VAT issues & any other regulatory issues.
- Arrange loading & transportation (for local sales).
- Daily coordination with Sales & Accounts dept at Almaty
- Regular cooperation with commercial department at Company
- Factories logistics department. Freight forwarders, Custom clearing agents.
- 5 years as customer support executive handling commercial operations (Customers,Logistics & Warehousing)
- Good communication (English speaking a must)
- Time management
- Selfinitiator
- Sociable professional, Knowledge of various commercial processes.
