• Build lasting relationships and create customers for life
• Help customers find the right vehicle through a consultative sales approach
• Become an expert on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram vehicles, technology, features and options
• Provide professional new and pre-owned vehicle demonstrations
• Follow up with customers and develop referral business
• Learn effective ways to overcome objections and confidently navigate sales situations
• Work with Sales Management to achieve individual and team goals
• Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic and your A-game every day

• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Automotive sales experience is helpful — but not required for the right candidate
