Sales Support Specialist

Responsible For:

Supporting Sales Team with day-to-day customer service requirements

A sales support specialist drives revenue by supporting the Sales Executives and ensuring thorough client service.

• Order & Freight Management: Process and enter customer orders into CRM/ERP systems, schedule pick-ups, and create critical shipping documents (e.g., Bills of Lading and commercial invoices).
• Sales Administration: Maintain databases, manage customer service needs, update customers & teammates, and assist with sales growth through assisting the sales reps with day-to-day account management.
• Customer Communication: Act as a point of contact to update clients on shipment tracking, delivery lead times, and resolve any service-related issues.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Carrier Teams, Sales Teams, and Management to ensure flawless execution of client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Data Entry: Performing data entry duties regarding metrics, sales figures and other key data.
• Teamwork: Coordinate with appropriate internal resources throughout the sales cycle.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
