Territory Sales Representative

As a Territory Sales Representative, you will drive sales growth within the packaging sector, selling taping, machinery and packaging integration. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new commercial opportunities, managing and growing existing accounts, and promoting packaging solutions that meet customers’ operational and commercial needs. This role is key to expanding market presence and supporting the organisation’s revenue growth through proactive, consultative sales activities.

• Proven experience in a Sales Representative or Territory Sales role, ideally within the packaging sector
• Ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
• Track record of managing and growing existing client accounts
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of distribution dynamics
• Ability to work independently in a field-based, territory-focused position
• A 'hunter mentality' and strong work ethic are essential
• Open to travel across Ohio
