As a Senior HVAC Commercial & Residential Service Technician you will visit clients' homes and businesses to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair or replace heating and cooling systems, perform plumbing repairs, and complete preventive maintenance assignments.
Candidate must have proficiency with all aspects of HVAC work, including packaged rooftop units, gas furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, cooling systems, humidifiers, and commercial control systems. They must be able to install, service, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, residential plumbing, and basic electrical systems, as well as service or replace commercial HVAC equipment. EPA Universal Certification is strongly preferred. Candidates must pass a background check and drug screen, hold a valid driver's license, have a diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and possess a set of basic hand tools.
