Commercial Service Technician-Cincinnati

Become a trusted advisor to commercial customers by helping prevent equipment failures and keeping kitchens running at their best.

• Service a wide range of commercial food service equipment while working independently.
• Build strong customer relationships across restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and other commercial facilities.
• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on equipment such as refrigeration, cooking, beverage, and dish machines.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagrams and schematics.
• Deliver reliable, customer‑focused service.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of technical experience (refrigeration, HVAC, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, or military).
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to participate in an on‑call rotation (nights/weekends).
• Ability to travel overnight occasionally.
• No immigration sponsorship available.

• Technical training or certifications (EPA, CFESA, etc.).
• Experience with commercial refrigeration or cooking equipment.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform frequent kneeling, bending, and reaching.
• Comfortable working with electrical components, pressurized systems, open flames, and heated surfaces.
• Ability to work on ladders, roofs, and in varying environmental conditions.
