Aggregates Mechanic Service Tech Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain crushers, screens, conveyors, and related aggregate processing equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and component change‑outs to maximize equipment uptime.
• Execute fabrication, installation, and mechanical repairs on plant and field equipment.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and vendors to complete maintenance and improvement projects safely and on time.
• Promote and model a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with MSHA and company standards.

• Strong capability in diagnosing and repairing mechanical systems, including crushers and material handling equipment.
• Proficiency with welding, cutting, and use of hand, pneumatic, and hydraulic tools.
• Ability to interpret manuals, schematics, and technical drawings to complete work effectively.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate, train others, and build working relationships.
• Flexibility to travel, work varied hours, and adapt to changing operational needs in field environments.

• Must submit to a post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA‑regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

• Primary work in environments with moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

$27.00 to $30.00 per hour
