- Perform professional installation, testing, and troubleshooting of Fiber and Wireless broadband equipment at residential and business customer premises.
- Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Educate customers on equipment usage, Wi‑Fi password setup, and basic troubleshooting procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and inventory used.
- Prior experience in telecommunications, cable, or electrical installation preferred.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
