** Responsibilities and Duties
*** Perform routine maintenance tasks including painting, plumbing, carpentry, and minor electrical work.
* Maintain facility grounds including mowing, snow removal, landscaping, and waste management.
* Conduct inspections and report any safety hazards or repairs needed.
* Assist with setting up and teardown for plant events, meetings, and community initiatives.
* Support environmental, health, and safety (EHS) compliance efforts.
* Operate and maintain tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently.
* Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with other departments to support plant operations and special projects.# #
** Education and Experience
*** High school diploma or GED required.
* Prior experience in facilities maintenance, construction, or related field preferred.# #
** Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
*** Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
* Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.# #
** Work Environment
** This position requires minimal travel. 80% of time will be spent in all areas of the plant, both indoors and outdoors, in all-weather elements.
