We are currently seeking motivated individuals who want to learn a skilled trade and grow within our company. Whether you have prior experience or are looking to start a new career, we provide paid hands‑on training with our experienced installers to help you succeed.

• Installing various insulation products in homes and commercial buildings
• Working with hand tools, power tools, and insulation equipment
• Loading materials and traveling to job sites in company vehicles
• Working at heights on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts when needed
• Preparing job sites and maintaining clean, organized work areas
• Following manufacturer specifications and company installation standards
• Participating in safety meetings and maintaining safe work practices
• Performing pre‑trip vehicle inspections and caring for company equipment
• Communicating with managers and sales staff regarding project needs or changes

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a skilled trade
• Ability to lift
  50+ lbs regularly and occasionally up to 100 lbs
• Ability to work inattics, crawl spaces, elevated areas, and outdoor conditions
• Comfortable working with tools and reading measurements
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to pass aback ground check and drug screening (drug‑free workplace)
• Construction or general labor experience is helpful butnot required

• Starting pay is $20.25 an hour during your training period
• Full‑Time, Year‑Round Position
