Laborer, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Heavy Equipment Operator

We’re looking for a Laborer who will support field crews on industrial and power generation projects by assisting with installation, maintenance, repair, and general labor activities related to electrical infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, safety-focused, willing to travel, and comfortable working in physically demanding industrial environments alongside skilled trades teams.

• Support technicians with tools, materials, equipment setup, and general labor tasks
• Load, unload, organize, and transport materials and equipment on job sites
• Maintain clean and safe work areas while following all company and client safety procedures
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Travel to various project sites and support field operations throughout the duration of projects

• Previous construction, industrial, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to work safely in industrial or outdoor environments
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work and lifting heavy materials
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools preferred

• Willingness and ability to travel frequently for project work
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the workday
• Must be able to pass background checks, drug screenings, and any required site-specific training
• Ability to work in varying weather and industrial conditions while wearing required PPE

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
• Experience working in power plants, substations, or industrial facilities
• Forklift, rigging, or equipment operation experience
• Previous experience supporting electrical or welding crews
• TWIC card or other industry-related certifications
