Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Kentucky Association District (serving COA & HOA communities in Northern Kentucky) Erlanger, KY
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm, with an on‑call rotation
Competitive Pay: $22 to $26 hourly (based on experience and qualifications)
Make an ImpactAs a Maintenance Technician, you’ll help keep communities safe, functional, and well‑maintained. This hands‑on role offers variety, problem‑solving, and the opportunity to make a difference every day.
- Perform general maintenance and respond to service requests across HOA/COA communities
- Complete work involving carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and minor construction
- Repair gutters, downspouts, doors, gates, and wood trim
- Work on ladders for roofs, siding, and exterior maintenance
- Provide excellent service to homeowners and Boards
- Manage priorities, handle on‑call emergencies, and work independently

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliability, professionalism, and the ability to multitask
- Willingness to learn — we are willing to train the right candidate and provide the support needed to succeed in this role
- Comfortable working on ladders and exterior projects
- Basic hand tools required
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position

Requirements:
- 1+ year of direct experience in general maintenance
- Own basic hand tools
- Valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle and auto insurance for work use
