• Visual acuity: close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Excellent communication skills for customer interaction.
• Strong manual dexterity for repetitive-movement tasks.
• Self-motivation, independence, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 pounds.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
