Auto Body Technician

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no shortcuts.
• Handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to bring vehicles back to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
• Collaborate as a team with painters, estimators, and front‑office staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe work location.

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road‑ready rides.
• Strong frame and structural knowledge—able to pull, straighten, and square vehicles.
• Adherence to a no‑shortcuts mentality, blueprinting and fixing correctly the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail committed to tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team‑first attitude; collaboration with painters, estimators, and front‑office staff.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
