Job Title: Journeyman Repair Technician
Overview: We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial mechanics, electrical systems, and mechanical knowledge. The Repair Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, providing technical support, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties- Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Utilize stick welding techniques for repairs
- Interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Provide technical sales support to customers
- Conduct field service visits for maintenance and repairs
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
- Proven experience as an Industrial Mechanic or Repair Technician
- Strong electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in stick welding techniques
- Solid mechanical aptitude with the ability to read schematics
- Experience in technical sales is a plus
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance practices
- Ability to perform field service visits independently
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem resolution
