As a Plumbing Technician at Prow Brother's Inc., you will be the face of our quality service in residential and commercial environments.

• Diagnose & Solve: Identify plumbing issues quickly and provide detailed, reliable repair solutions.
• Customer First: Guide clients through their options clearly so they can make confident decisions.
• Hands-On Execution: Conduct camera pipe inspections, clear mainlines and drains, and perform full-system repairs.
• Documentation & Safety: Keep job details updated on your field tablet and adhere to industry safety standards.
• Maintain Equipment: Keep your company service truck clean, stocked, and ready to go.

• Experience & Skill: Strong background diagnosing, servicing, and repairing residential and/or commercial plumbing systems.
• Great Communication: Ability to explain technical problems to customers in clear, friendly terms.
• Self-Motivated & Reliable: Strong time management, attention to detail, and dependable attendance.
• Clean Driving Record: Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Education: Master Plumbing or Journeyman's license

• Ability to lift/carry up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Comfort climbing ladders, working in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics), and adapting to varying weather conditions.
• Ability to operate mobile tablets and field diagnostic technology.
• Ability to travel daily between customer job sites.
