Visitation and Safe Exchange Administrative Assistant

Support the daily requirements to operate the Green House
17 Visitation and Safe Exchange Center. Responsibilities will include community engagement, fulfilling grant/funder requirements, maintaining a safe and supportive Center for the well being of our families and most importantly providing intake and orientation to service for our families and open communication with Family Courts.

• 25% Conduct client intakes and orientations and maintain open communication with family needs and questions/concerns
• 20% Monitor visits and exchanges and prepare / document case notes and maintain client files.
• 15% Schedule visits and exchanges
• 10% Recruit and train monitors for safe exchange and visitation.
• 10%
  Maintain documentation and reports as needed for Green House
  17 funders.
• 10% Prepare records for court proceedings as requested.
• 5% Attend appropriate community meetings and training as needed
• 5% Help with the daily maintenance (cleaning and care) of the facility and other tasks as needed.

Sunday 10:30-6:30

Monday - Thursday 12:00 pm-8:00 pm

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree in related field with working knowledge of program issues preferred. Level One KCADV Certification and equivalent experience may be satisfactory.
• Other:
  Fluency in languages other than English and cultural competency are a plus. Must provide own transportation and/or have a valid driver’s license as appropriate per job needs. Complete 12 hours of professional training per year.
