Driver – Appliance Recycling Program

We are seeking a reliable driver to support our appliance recycling program. The role involves operating a 26‑ft box truck to service multiple customer locations, delivering and removing large appliances, and working closely with a team to maintain safety and customer service.

• Safely operate a 26‑ft box truck to multiple customer locations daily.
• Work as part of a team to deliver and move large appliances using dollies, team lifts, or other safe methods.
• Maintain schedule flexibility, including extended days and occasional overnight travel (up to once per month).
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, walking, bending, and crouching.
• Operate safely in all weather conditions and environments.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Strong customer service skills.
• DOT medical card (assist offered at offer stage if needed).
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Resides within a reasonable commuting distance of Lexington, Kentucky.

• Hourly rate: $20–$23 per hour (targeted).
• Additional payroll details: $17.75–$25.05/hr range, depending on experience and qualifications.
