Delivery Driver

Job Summary

Med Trans is Medline's private fleet of professional drivers that delivers lifesaving medical products directly to commercial and residential customers. Our fleet of 1,900+ trucks, featuring newer equipment, supports over 50 distribution centers nationally and offers one‑day shipping to 95% of the United States.

• Load and secure product from the Medline Facility into a parcel van and/or straight truck.
• Safely operate a parcel van and/or straight truck between the Medline Facility and multiple customer destinations on a delivery route, abiding by Medline’s safety regulations such as wearing required safety equipment and performing safety checks.
• Unload and deliver products at customer facilities, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Provide in‑person support to the customer by addressing questions and needs and delivering appropriate documentation.
• Communicate with the dispatching team regarding necessary adjustments to the delivery route or schedule to meet customer needs and maintain safe operations.
• Maintain a travel and cargo log in accordance with Federal and State regulations and company policy.
• Perform inspection of the vehicle to ensure safe operation and sufficient fuel levels for continued vehicle use.

• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Valid Commercial Learner’s Permit (CLP) for Class B license if required by state.
• Ability to meet Federal and State requirements for operation of commercial motor vehicles.
• Clean driving record with no serious violations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Hourly range: $19.75 – $28.75, varying based on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay below applicable minimum wage or salary thresholds.
