Benefits You Can Count On- Pay Rate:
Drivers make $65,000 to $85,000 first year average - Current Route:
Tuesday – Saturday; dispatch one day and return the next day (home daily, not home every night) - Day 1 Benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA, and company‑paid life insurance.
- Paid holidays: earn vacation time and sick leave accrual from day one.

- Inspect the tractor‑trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection reports indicating condition.
- Inspect the bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off‑hour delivery.
- Drive the tractor‑trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering the vehicle on the road and at customer premises.
- Maintain a driver log (Manual or People Net) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipts, product temperatures and exceptions.
- Unload the trailer, delivering product into customer premises.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A).
- At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience.
- Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks effectively and safely.
