Sr Medical Courier​/Route Driver

• Act as a floater for the logistics team, providing coverage for various routes as needed.
• Provide on‑route training for new couriers and drivers.
• Assist with dispatch and pickups when required.
• Load all necessary suppliers needed for the daily pickups.
• Complete the daily pick‑up schedule in a timely manner.
• Deliver all daily picks to the branch at the end of the shift.
• Handle specimens and lab samples safely and efficiently.
• Safely operate the company vehicle and obey all traffic laws.
• Utilize a handheld electronic device to manage daily pickups.
• Work directly with the dispatcher for additional pickups as needed.
• Evaluate traffic patterns, alternative routes, and weather conditions as needed.

• 3 years or more of driver or courier experience.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1 year or more of customer service experience.

• Very punctual and strong time‑management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to problem‑solve customer issues.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• At least 21 years old.

Pay Range
: $17.75 – $25.92 per hour (eligible for 2nd shift differential).
