Job Overview
Truck Jockey drives fleet equipment in and out of the Distribution Center and visually verifies pallets for accuracy, ensuring loads are properly secured for transportation.
Schedule- Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM or until work is completed.
- Flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Starting pay $23.25 per hour with a Texas Class A CDL.
- Weekly pay – every Friday.

- Drive fleet equipment safely in and out of the warehouse within short distances, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering on the road and company premises.
- Adhere to company safety policy and procedures; complete pre‑trip daily equipment inspections and maintain proper batteries and fuel in assigned equipment.
- Assist DC loading team with staging, moving, and loading built pallets on trucks as needed with direction from manager.
- Visually verify pallets being loaded for accuracy and to ensure product is secure for undamaged transport.
- Follow established product handling procedures regarding condition and appearance; properly handle damaged product, product returns, and dunnage.
- Ensure refrigeration unit is functioning and report any issues to the shift manager.
- Perform other related tasks as required to assist customers and teammates.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to read and understand English.
- Basic math comprehension.
- Texas Class A CDL Operator’s License.
- High school graduate or equivalent certification.
- Effective communication skills.
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Pull/push loads up to 100 lbs.
- Heavy and repetitive lifting/placement of products up to 55 lbs. (off‑premise) or up to 165 lbs. (on‑premise).
- Tolerance for inside/outside ambient/extreme temperatures.
- Work in noisy and crowded environments.
- Drive during the workday.
- Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb ladders and stairs, stand, walk, and pivot frequently.
- Use a personal computer for tasks such as emailing, data entry, and documentation.
- Speak, hear, and see to communicate and operate machinery, equipment, and vehicles.
- Maintain a current and valid driver’s license.
- Adhere to company policies and safety best practices.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
