Cdl-A Flatbed Pole Division Drivers

Buddy Moore Trucking is hiring CDL‑A truck drivers for flatbed positions in our Pole Division.

• Guaranteed pay structure
  • Flatbed starting salary $1300–$1500 per week
  • Experienced boom truck operators earn $1600–$1850 per week
• Paid weekly – earn your full salary starting orientation day
• $4,000 retention bonus paid out in four $1,000 installments

• 6 paid holidays – 5 paid vacation days – increases to 10 after 3 years

• At the Birmingham, AL terminal
• Typically, 2 days, unless extra training is required
• Earn your normal salary starting orientation day

• At least 2 years flatbed experience
• No more than 5 jobs in the last 3 years
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
• Must be at least 25 years of age
• Coil experience preferred
  • Training will be provided for drivers without coil experience
• TWIC card – if you don't have a TWIC card, we will help you get it
