• What Training Is Provided? Experienced drivers ride with a mentor for 3 loads (paid at $175/day for 5 days).

Background & Driver Requirements:

• License & Medical:
  Valid Class A CDL with a current DOT Medical Card.
• Minimum Experience:
  
  3+ months of verifiable Class A CDL experience required.
• Driving Record (MVR):
  Clean driving record with no major violations (DUI, reckless driving) in the past 3 years.
• Drug & Background Check:
  Must pass pre-employment DOT drug screening, Clearinghouse check, and employment history verification.
• Experience:
  
  CDL-A experience required (reefer experience preferred).
• Location & Shift: Must live within hiring boundaries (Mount Airy NC 120mi, Lexington KY 50mi, Roanoke VA 25mi, Knoxville TN 50mi, Chattanooga TN 50mi).
