As a CDL‑A Trainee Driver, you’ll work with experienced dispatch and operations teams while hauling freight across regional and OTR routes. This position is ideal for recent CDL‑A graduates or drivers with limited experience who are looking for a stable company that invests in their success.

• Initial pay: $850 weekly
• Training period: 4‑6 weeks

• After training pay: $1,200–$1,400 weekly
• Home time:
  34‑hour restarts
• Shift options:
  DAY, NIGHT, BOTH DAY/NIGHT, ROTATION
• Average miles: ≈1,800 miles per week
• Additional $40 for loads under 100 miles
• $15 per load for live loads, live unloads, preloads, and drop‑and‑hook events

• Safe over‑the‑road driving techniques
• Trip planning and time management
• Hours of Service compliance
• Cargo securement and freight handling procedures
• Electronic logging device (ELD) operation
• Customer service and professional communication
• Defensive driving in all weather conditions

• 0 months or more tractor‑trailer experience
• Valid CDL Class A license and medical card
• Hair drug test required
