Aecon is seeking an Operator Assessor & Mobile Training Centre Driver to support workforce development and safety excellence across project sites in the United States. This role blends commercial driving, equipment operation, and competency assessment to deliver hands-on training in the field.
You will transport and operate the mobile training unit, conduct operator assessments, coach workers, and help ensure safe operating practices. Seven+ years of experience and a Class A CDL are required.
