Rail Pros is seeking a Roadway Worker in Charge (RWIC) to perform on-site roadway worker protection on live railroad tracks. You will coordinate job sites, manage radio communications with dispatchers and engineers, and ensure safety protocols are followed during train movements.
Candidates should have a high school diploma, at least 2 years in track or construction, and knowledge of On Track Safety rules. Expect routine travel across many states with per diem and mileage reimbursement;
