Georgetown, KY Pay Rate: $24.06 per hour Keep the Wheels Turning and Your Wallet Full We are hiring a CDL A Yard Hostler in Georgetown for a local, no-touch freight role focused on trailer spotting, yard movements and shuttle operations. This opportunity keeps you close to home while putting your Class A CDL to work in a safety-focused, reliable driving position.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License required
• Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate required as applicable

Experience Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL with a safe driving record
• Experience operating a yard hostler and performing trailer spotting preferred
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, Hours of Service requirements and vehicle safety procedures
• Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete required documentation
• Previous local Class A CDL driving experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, time management and commitment to customer service

Physical Capabilities:

• Ability to sit for extended periods while safely operating a commercial vehicle
• Ability to enter and exit the tractor and trailer multiple times throughout the workday
• Ability to perform DOT-required vehicle inspections and work safely in changing weather conditions
• No freight unloading required for this role

Job Duties:

• Perform trailer spotting, yard movements and shuttle operations
• Operate automotive freight in a no-touch capacity, with no freight unloading required
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate documentation
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and yard personnel to keep operations running smoothly
• Maintain a strong safety mindset and reliable, professional driving record
