Warehouse CoordinatorPurpose
The Warehouse Coordinator operates under the direct supervision of the SC Warehouse Lead, Supervisor or Manager. Responsibilities include receiving, issuing, handling and accounting for all inventory acquired through the Supply Chain department, maintaining detailed records of materials, prices, inventories and deliveries, and coordinating with internal and external customers and suppliers. This role collaborates with the Supply Chain and Production teams to create replenishment requests and ensure efficient inventory flow.
Dutiesand Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store all products delivered on-site.
- Deliver received items to the correct department.
- Safely operate forklift and all warehouse equipment, including loading and unloading shipments.
- Pull supplies from inventory and prepare them for delivery.
- Conduct weekly inventory reconciliation using the NAV tracking system and associated spreadsheets.
- Perform cycle counting responsibilities.
- Manage data entry for inventory and inbound/outbound orders.
- Count and inspect finished goods weekly, quarantine items when necessary.
- Receive and transfer items in NAV/Metrc, verifying manifests against label wording and amounts.
- Maximize on‑site space utilization.
- Track supplies via Google Sheets spreadsheets.
- Fill orders for supplies and equipment on‑site as approved.
- Pick products from pick tickets generated by Leaf Trade and NAV.
- Prepare tickets and shipments for pickup, including packing, labeling and shrink‑wrapping.
- Check manifest inventories against label wording and amounts.
- Maintain the warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Coordinate with the courier team for vault checks and deliveries.
- Assist other departments (processing, cultivation) as business needs require.
- Empty trash and perform general maintenance.
- Demonstrate accurate counting and inspection of finished goods.
- Verify inbound goods for accuracy and place them correctly.
- Education: Minimum requirement of a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Age and Legal: Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a state‑approved badge, carried at all times.
- Experience: 1–3 years in manufacturing and warehouse operations with a focus on safety, inventory control, and attention to detail.
- Competencies: Forklift certification required; strong work ethic, willingness to learn, ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Requires rotation for weekends and holidays; overtime may be required.
- Dress code:
All jewelry must be removed; false nails, nail polish, false eyelashes, and other contamination risks are prohibited. - Provided PPE is required when operating near exposed product.
- Work in varying temperature‑controlled environments.
- Physical demands:
Standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying product totes, pushing carts, moving equipment.
