The General Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, scanning, labeling, moving, staging, replenishing, stacking product, counting and inspecting goods, and notifying leadership of any damages or discrepancies. Associates are accountable for the safe and efficient operation of all equipment and will perform all duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Picking Responsibilities- Use a pallet jack to accurately pick orders to fulfill client demands.
- Efficiently and accurately pick products and stage them in the appropriate areas.
- Stack, package, band, shrink‑wrap and label products as determined by client requirements.
- Process all picking functions as defined by Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Use appropriate documentation to ensure products and orders are received, handled and shipped correctly.
- Verify products and/or orders meet quality standards and report any damages or discrepancies.
- Stack, package, shrink‑wrap and label products in accordance with SOPs.
- Execute all safety protocols and perform job tasks in a manner that promotes safety.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area and assist in warehouse security.
- Comply with all SOPs, corporate and site‑specific policies, safety rules, and OSHA/SDS standards.
- Operate a pallet jack (and other equipment as required) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain equipment and report any problems.
Perform or assist in building, grounds, and equipment maintenance as assigned.
Other DutiesWork overtime as dictated by business, whether mandatory or voluntary. Perform other duties as assigned.

COMPENSATIONBase pay range: $23.30 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on job‑related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
