Accounting Clerk

Are you a detail‑oriented finance professional looking to join a dynamic team? We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to manage our full‑cycle AP process and help maintain strong relationships with our valued vendors. In this position, you will be the backbone of our financial operations. You’ll be responsible for accurately processing a high volume of invoices, performing three‑way matching, and ensuring all payments are executed via ACH, wire, or check on a strict schedule.

You will also play a key role in month‑end reconciliations and resolving complex billing discrepancies.

• Process high‑volume vendor invoices for raw materials, equipment rentals, and fuel.
• Perform three‑way matching of vendor invoices, purchase orders, and delivery tickets.
• Assign every invoice to a specific job number and cost code.
• Execute payments via ACH, wire, or check according to schedule.
• Conduct month‑end reconciliations and resolve complex billing discrepancies.
• Report to the Office Manager or the President.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable.
• Mastery of Quick Books Desktop/Pro and Excel.
• Strong organizational and detail‑oriented skills.
• Experience with job costing and coding for steel erection projects.

Salary: $22 – $25 per hour.

Shift: First shift (8 am – 4 pm).
