Jerry’s Auto Service is seeking an experienced B-Level Automotive Technician to join its small, growing independent repair shop in Georgetown, MA. The position pays $25–$30 per hour with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and no weekends. The shop primarily services Asian and Domestic vehicles and offers a positive, team-oriented environment where quality workmanship and helping one another matter.

• Perform general automotive repair and maintenance based on experience and skill level.
• Service and repair a vehicle mix consisting primarily of Asian and Domestic vehicles, with some European vehicles.
• Use diagnostic and scan equipment, including Snap-on VERUS and THINKCAR tools, as appropriate for assigned work.
• Complete repairs carefully with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Work independently on assigned repairs while collaborating with other team members when needed.
• Support fellow technicians and contribute to a professional, positive, and team-oriented shop environment.

• 5+ years of automotive repair experience.
• B-Level automotive repair experience.
• Must have own tools.
• Strong general automotive repair and maintenance skills.
• Experience working on Asian and Domestic vehicles is preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude and willingness to help the team.
• Ability to work independently while also being a dependable team player.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to completing repairs correctly.

• $25–$30 per hour.

Jerry’s Auto Service offers a small, team-oriented independent shop environment with three service bays and three lifts. Technicians have access to a heated shop, Snap-on VERUS and THINKCAR diagnostic equipment, and the Mitchell shop management system. The shop values a positive attitude, teamwork, and quality workmanship, with an emphasis on getting repairs right rather than simply rushing vehicles out the door.

Some positions may require a valid driver’s license, motor vehicle record review, background screening, drug or alcohol screening, or other job-related pre-employment requirements based on the duties of the position, the client’s lawful requirements, and applicable law.
