Job DescriptionThank you for considering employment in the Georgetown Public Schools as a substitute Teacher. our administrative team strives to maintain a substitute pool of dedicated individuals. In order to reduce paper consumption LPS only accepts applications processed through School Spring. While applicants with post-high school degrees are preferred, post-high school degrees are not required for per diem substitute assignments.
We are current hiring for daily, short term and long term teaching and paraprofessional positions.
Teachers: $125 per day
Para Professionals: $15 per hour
Building Based sub: $130 per day
Hiring is subject to satisfactory CORI and SAFIS Background Checks per 603 CMR 51.
Information regarding CORI and SAFIS background checks can be obtained by contacting any of the school administration at X142.
