Certified Preschool Teacher - New Center Opening January 2026! Early Childhood Education | Childcare | Daycare | Full-Time

Spark Their Curiosity. Prepare Them for What’s Next.

At Magical Beginnings, we believe every child deserves a safe, nurturing, and engaging start to their educational journey.
With Care, We Care®—and that belief is at the heart of everything we do. As a trusted leader in early childhood education across Massachusetts, our award-winning childcare and preschool centers provide exceptional care and learning experiences where children thrive socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively.

We're seeking compassionate, experienced, and EEC Certified Preschool Teachers to join our team. If you're passionate about early childhood education and love helping preschoolers build confidence, develop independence, explore their interests, and prepare for their next big step, we'd love to meet you.

As a Preschool Teacher, you'll build meaningful connections with children and families while creating a warm, engaging classroom where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. From developing early literacy and math skills to building friendships, expressing ideas, solving problems, and becoming more independent, you'll help lay the foundation for a lifelong love of learning.

What You'll Do
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging preschool classroom where children feel secure, supported, and excited to learn.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with preschoolers and their families through consistent, responsive, and compassionate care.
  • Support children's social-emotional development, independence, communication, and school-readiness skills through intentional daily interactions and routines.
  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and learning experiences that encourage curiosity, creativity, exploration, problem‑solving, and critical thinking.
  • Foster early literacy, language, math, science, and cognitive development through hands‑on activities, play‑based learning, conversations, stories, and exploration.
  • Encourage children to express their ideas, ask questions, make choices, and develop confidence as independent learners.
  • Support children's ability to navigate friendships, conflict, big emotions, transitions, and classroom expectations using positive guidance and age‑appropriate strategies.
  • Create opportunities for children to practice important fine‑motor, gross‑motor, self‑help, and executive‑functioning skills.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment that promotes exploration and learning.
  • Provide attentive supervision and follow all health, safety, sanitation, and EEC regulations and requirements.
  • Communicate regularly and professionally with families about their child's experiences, development, milestones, and daily activities.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow teachers, Center Directors, and support staff to create a consistent and positive experience for children and families.
  • Observe and document children's development and use those observations to support individualized learning and classroom planning.
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing opportunities to grow as an early childhood educator.
  • Bring our With Care, We Care® philosophy to life by treating every child, family, and team member with kindness, respect, and genuine care.
What We’re Looking For
  • Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • CDA, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience working with infants in a licensed childcare center, daycare, or early childhood education…
