ND Landscape Services has been providing Full-Service Landscaping for clients in the North Shore and Metro North area since 1980. We are seeking a Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to join our team and lead the effort to deliver exceptional service, manage operational efficiency, and drive business results. • Lead and develop the production team to meet budget goals and performance metrics, including gross margin and efficiency.
• Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities for upselling maintenance services, ensuring sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
• Manage contract renewals and cancellations, ensuring high retention and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and in line with efficiency targets across all service lines.
• Oversee the timely completion of contracts, work orders, and invoicing.
• Play a lead role in managing the company's Snow Removal Program.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance metrics
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

• MUST HAVE LANDSCAPE EXPERIENCE
• Proven experience in a leadership or management role, with a strong ability to guide, develop, and hold team members accountable for performance goals
• Experience working with and managing service schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services
• Strong sales background with the ability to upsell and drive business growth
• Experience in the landscaping industry is a plus

• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods
• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods, including typing and viewing screens
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed
