Mowing Foreman & Crewman

ND Landscape Services has been providing Full-Service Landscaping for clients in the North Shore and Metro North area since 1980. We are seeking to hire Landscape Mowing Foremen and Crewman. The Mowing Foreman is atrained professional who follows standard accepted practices to leadand work alongside a landscape maintenance crew. This person is highly detailed and able to work independently and within a team.

They consistently evaluatetheir work, and that of their crew, to determine if further steps are needed tomeet internal and external client expectations. They interact with management and office personnel to help achieve corporate objectives.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

• Responsible for performing landscape maintenance and mowing tasks, such as spring/fall clean-ups, mowing, trimming, etc.
• Responsible for timely, courteous, and efficient response to clients' and managements' needs.
• Manage a crew to achieve a high-quality product, while working safely.
• Must maintain complete, accurate and timely records for the company and comply with all governmental regulations.
• Responsible for the proper utilization and care of company equipment.
• Follow company policies, procedures and work standards.
• Perform additional duties as required, including on-call snow work throughout each winter.

WHAT IT TAKES

• Valid Driver's License
• 3+ years of professional experience in Landscape Maintenance
• Consistent and reliable attendance
• Able to work long hours as needed and in a variety of weather conditions
• Able to perform the physical requirements of the position (e.g., walk, lift, bend, push, pull, etc.)
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) communication is a plus
