Summary
Post all accounting entries except payroll throughout the month in order to analyze and produce monthly financial statements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Accounts Payable data input, and writing vendor checks twice a month.
- Accounts Receivable billing and posting cash receipts. Produce customer statements, and email to customer.
- Cash flow projections prepared with Excel.
- Bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Intercompany billing and account reconciliations.
- Prepare and post recurring journal entries for depreciation, prepaid expenses, etc.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
- Analyze general ledger account activity, and prepare monthly financial statements.
- Work with outside CPA at year end for income tax returns prepared by the CPA.
