Position Overview:

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for the City of Georgetown and is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to citizens, visitors, and employees.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous receptionist, customer service, administrative support, or office experience preferred.
Physical Requirements and Working Environment:
  • Ability to sit, stand, and move about the office for extended periods.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person and by telephone.
  • Ability to lift and carry office materials and supplies as needed.
