As an Industrial Construction Manager, you will lead industrial installation and building projects, guiding them from the initial mobilization phase to final delivery. This role demands significant travel to various job sites, where you will be tasked with orchestrating equipment, materials, schedules, and personnel to ensure every project meets strict quality standards and timeline requirements.

Core Duties:

Direct all field installation tasks and industrial building projects at client locations.
Commit to frequent travel across the United States to support project needs.
Provide leadership to subcontractors, construction crews, and field foremen.
Oversee the integration of piping, electrical, structural, and mechanical systems during installation.
Analyze project documentation, P&IDs, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Create and sustain effective work plans, staffing levels, and project timelines.
Track equipment usage, material costs, and overall project productivity.
Facilitate communication between vendors, customers, project managers, and engineering teams.
Promote a culture of safety by ensuring all operations adhere to OSHA standards and site-specific protocols.
Facilitate regular progress reviews, site inspections, and safety briefings.
Proactively address field challenges to minimize project downtime and delays.
Handle project closeout tasks, documentation, and the processing of change orders.
Verify that all installations align with customer requirements and high-quality standards.
Manage the final turnover, commissioning, and punch-list resolution processes.

Required Qualifications:

Proven background in superintendent roles or industrial construction management.
Expertise in overseeing equipment installation, structural, piping, or mechanical projects.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage field personnel effectively.
Experience thriving in demanding manufacturing and industrial settings.
Proficiency in interpreting complex technical drawings and construction plans.
Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
Readiness to travel extensively and reside at project locations for long durations.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to fulfill travel obligations.
