Veterinary Front Desk Manager​/Receptionist

Saint Frances Animal Center is seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Veterinary Front Desk Manager/Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clinic, both in person and on the phone. This is a full‑time position.

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic calendar.
• Handle client check‑in and check‑out processes.
• Invoice, process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Make courtesy calls to clients post‑op and record outcomes of those interactions.
• Maintain organized medical records and client info.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Address client questions and concerns with empathy and efficiency, and when necessary, relay those concerns to the appropriate party for a swift and accurate resolution.

• Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or medical office preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Comfort using computers and practice management software.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast‑paced environment.

$16.50 – 18.00/hour (based on experience)
