• Follows procedures needed to maintain, clean and preserve a wide variety of building furniture, fixtures and equipment surfaces.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies, equipment and techniques required.
• Follows instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies.
• Adheres strictly to rules regarding health and safety and is aware of any company-related practices.
• Works in an environment that is fast-paced and high in demand.

• Maintains and makes general repairs to the plumbing fixtures, furniture, woodwork, electrical systems, appliances, ventilation systems and building structures of the club.
• Monitors the filtration and chlorination of swimming pools, tests swimming pool water; and maintains a daily log of water test results for local health department inspections.
• Performs routine preventive maintenance required by club’s procedures.
• Installs tile, drywall; makes grouting repairs, patches walls and paves brick.
• Repairs small motors.
• Locks and unlocks assigned buildings; checks for unlocked doors and windows and turns off lights.
• Performs any other reasonable duties as required by management.
• Attends regular meetings with the management team when scheduled.
• Maintains high standard of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing proper and complete uniform.
• Maintains regular attendance as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the Club.
